Machine Operator
Set up, maintain, and operate production equipment; prepare and inspect precision parts; document the work; and participate in process improvements.
Friday through Sunday, three 12-hour days from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 10% shift premium — 36 hours worked, 40 hours paid.

What the work includes
Production
- Machine setup and operation
- Run multiple machines or processes
- Part cleaning and preparation
- Preventive maintenance
- ERP and work-order transactions
Quality and safety
- Measure with micrometers, calipers, pins, and optical tools
- Follow glass-handling and PPE requirements
- Verify calibration status
- Document quality-control measurements
- Handle chemicals safely
Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Independent work and time management
- Blueprint and measurement experience preferred
